Matthew Vogan, M.A. SPED
Founder and CEO
Matthew Vogan has a Master's degree as a Special Education Generalist ages 5-21 from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs; and an Undergraduate degree in Music Composition from the Wheaton College Conservatory of Music. He has worked as a high school and elementary public educator for over 15 years, a middle school youth group leader for over 12 years, and taught private music lessons for over 10 years.
During his time as an educator he instructed various school district departments in data collection systems for both academic, adaptive and behavioral student development. He has served as a department chair, a Technology Team partner, a School Leadership Team member, a member of the Collaborative School Community, and the creator of the SSN Assessment. He has consulted on IEPs outside his case load due to his particular level of expertise and performed data management for entire special education departments.
Several observations frequently associated with his work by administrators and parents include uncanny abilities to quickly and intuitively understand kids, build meaningful relationships, and recognize what kids need to be successful.
